RFC: Fair, Reasonable and Non-Discriminatory Health Care Pricing For New York State

The prices charged for medical products and services should be Fair, Reasonable and Non-Discriminatory (FRAND), but they aren't -- at least not in New York State. I've written a description of the problem and its implications, along with a few ideas for how we could improve our current system of health care pricing.
